I was very pleasantly surprised.  Technician was thorough and the Dr. Wong was great.  Very thorough,  knew his craft.  Answered all questions.  Wasn't rushed st all. Large selection of great frames and amazing discounts going on , getting multiples. !I would be happy to recommend them.

Dr Wong always takes the extra time to make sure my prescription is exactly as I need. I require a contact prescription, glasses, prescription, and an extra prescription because I’m a musician to read my music clearly. He doesn’t give up until I am pleased with my site. I am very appreciative of his dedication. He is always so pleasant and kind and professional.

I like the new office. They're open until 7:00 p.m. which is perfect I do not have to take time off from work. The representatives are knowledgeable and customer service forward. They have a wide selection of glasses in different sizes and the eye doctor is right on site. Easy to make an appointment. I would recommend this LensCrafters.

Dr. Wong is the most kind, considerate, and compassionate eye doctor my family have ever met. He makes sure that my kids will have an accurate prescription through a series of eye exams without additional fee. He is very accommodating with our schedule and  listens to concerns and questions. It was so easy to book an appointment online, and I did it the day before. Jillian was immediately helpful and very professional throughout the pre-exam. Dr. Healey was beyond helpful, friendly, and a joy to be around. They relieved a huge stressor for me in less than 24 hours that my provider has not been able to do for months. Thank you!

Dr Wong went above and beyond his duties; I felt comfortable and everything was explained. He didn’t rush and asked if I had any questions. The staff was curtious but one staff member stood out to me. Her name is Passion, she helped me with my order. She smiled the whole time while explaining the prices and took care of my insecurities regarding the fit of my new glasses. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Thanks staff.

I had my exam performed by Dr David Wong in Valencia, CA. He was very professional and thorough, as was the staff. The doctor took the time necessary to make sure all the details were addressed. The front desk associate, Passion, was very knowledgeable and took her time to walk me through the order for the glasses. She also checked insurance for me and made sure I did not have any questions or concerns. This was all done while assisting multiple customers!  I really appreciate the service I received and highly recommend this establishment! Thank you!
